About Madz
Madeline is 20 years old from Wellington, New Zealand now living on the Gold Coast in Australia.
She moved to Australia in 2019 to advance her motorsport career and, in that year, her first racing cars, she competed in the Kumho Tyres Super3 series with Brad Jones Racing as well as the "wings and slicks" single seater AUS F1000 cars in the Western Australia State Championship finishing 4th despite missing two rounds.
Madeline began racing go-karts in 2010 and from 2016, she raced the super quick KZ2 Shifter Karts in the Australian Kart Championship and New Zealand Pro-Kart series as well as outings in the 2016 Macau Go-kart Grand Prix and the 2017 & 2018 Las Vegas SuperNationals.
In 2017 Madeline became the first female to win a round of the Australian Rotax Pro Tour and in 2018 she finished 2nd in KZ2 at the New Zealand National Championships.
For 2020, Madeline intended to continue to race in the Super3 series in Australia as well as planning to race a Porsche GT3 Cup Car in Asia with Earl Bamber Motorsport. The global COVID-19 changed those plans. Madeline completed in round 1 of the Super3 Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park finishing 3rd as well as two rounds of the Aussie Tin Tops, a series created to give people an opportunity to race during the pandemic. Madeline won the Super3 class at Townsville and swapped to a Porsche GT3 Cup Car at The Bend finishing 4th in the Super Stuttgart class.
Earl Bamber Motorsport set up operations in Australia for the 2021 and Madeline became one of the inaugural Porsche New Zealand Scholarship recipients. The scholarship provides partial funding for her to race in the Porsche Sprint Challenge with Earl Bamber Motorsport/Porsche Team New Zealand.
